Guide To Taking Medication

As a guide, the medicine shall be consumed within an hour after meal. To provide the ultimate effects from the medicine, some medicine shall consume at specific timing, given instruction by the physician. For example, medicine for insomnia shall be consumed before sleep, for tonic medicine to improve one’s immune system, shall consume before meal.

The herbal medicine is normally consumed once a day or twice a day after cooking. For vomiting condition, the medicine is split into small amount and consume over several times. Normally, the medicine shall consume in warm condition.  But for illness with heaty syndrome, the medicine can be consumed in cold form. For flu or cold syndrome, it is advisable to drink it warmly or consume it after a meal with porridge to help with the healing.
